Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the alterations or repairs performed on your garment, please notify us within 7 days of pickup. We will:
- Review the work performed
- Make necessary adjustments at no additional charge
- Ensure the final result meets your expectations
Inspection Upon Pickup
We strongly encourage you to inspect your garment thoroughly when you pick it up from dealertrendluxur.ddd. This allows us to address any concerns immediately while you are still at our location. Please check:
- The fit and comfort of alterations
- The quality of stitching and finishing
- That all requested work has been completed
- The overall appearance of the garment
Adjustment Policy
If adjustments are needed after pickup, the following conditions apply:
- Adjustments must be requested within 7 days of pickup
- The garment must be in the same condition as when picked up
- The garment must not have been worn extensively or cleaned
- Adjustments related to our workmanship are provided free of charge
- Changes to original specifications may incur additional fees
Non-Refundable Services
Due to the custom nature of tailoring and repair services, we cannot offer refunds for completed work. However, we will make every effort to correct any issues with our workmanship at no additional cost. Services are non-refundable because:
- Alterations are customized to your specific measurements
- Many alterations cannot be reversed
- Work is performed according to your specifications
Limitations
Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover:
- Changes in your body measurements after alterations
- Damage to garments after pickup
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed at time of service
- Natural characteristics of fabrics such as shrinkage or fading
- Requests for different alterations than originally specified
- Garments that have been worn extensively or cleaned after pickup
Unclaimed Items
Garments must be picked up within 30 days of completion notification. After this period:
- Storage fees may apply
- Garments unclaimed after 90 days are considered abandoned
- Abandoned items may be donated or disposed of
- No refunds will be issued for unclaimed items
Damaged or Lost Items
While we take extreme care with all garments, in the rare event that a garment is damaged or lost while in our care, our liability is limited to the lesser of:
- The cost of the alteration service
- The documented value of the garment
We recommend insuring valuable items separately.

If you need adjustments to completed work, please:
- Contact us within 7 days of pickup
- Bring the garment to our location
- Explain the specific concerns
- Allow us to assess and correct the issue
